Back from japshow where the car had some issues.

Drove to pod with a bung in the "silent power" to try and get over the crazy noise levels and prepare for donnington next weekend. The bung killed flow and meant I couldn\'t boost above 0.7 bar. So Keith (trind) in his infinite kindness and generosity brought to pod a knights port back box. Which dropped the noise level well and allowed decent flow for full boost.

S after a solid morning of drifting.... The car cut out and refused to start. Big panic and lots of worry.

So first thank you to tom and friend for the help with chuff testing the car and working out that the fuel pump had killed itself. These guys also ran around pod with me looking for a pump from a shop... No such luck.

Found Andy (amt) and he took me round to see some drag guys he knew to ask if they had some spares... No such luck.

Eventually worked my way round to he far end of pod and found Carl with along with his lot and asked the dreaded question. Any spare pumps? My last hope... And the answer again was no, but after a quick chat with the team Carl VERY kindly offered to loan me the pump from Liam\'s drag machine. legends

After swapping the pumps over and some tinkering the car fired up and I can tell you I was soooo relieved!!! So in my usual style rather than just packing and going home in safety I went straight back on track and smashed her back doors in  and all was good :D

Sooo.. Massive thanks to every one who helped out today. Propper feeling the rotary love guys! Biggest thanks to Carl for supplying the pump that not only got me home but kept me skidding :-)

Ready to rock donnington!!!

That\'s great news (not the pump failing) - glad you got sorted :)
