Need some help or ideas with GRP + Steel bodywork repairs please

Any ideas on how to sort this mess out please? all the quotes from the pro`s are around £650 - dont want to keep chucking money at a car worth so little so im looking at a DIY job but dont know where to start.

Any ideas or tips would be greatly appreciated

If your not competent at bodywork then forget it mate. You will never get it to look right. Buy a new arch is your first step. Cant tell how bad the metalwork is, however seeing as most of it is covered just straighten it up as best you can and fit the arch over....
