Someone Selling hks ecu software on eBay ???

I been seeing this add on eBay for very long time that someone selling hks ecu software on eBay with cable for 100£ to remap and program any hks ecu from 2.1 to 3.24 plus he can unlock the password on ecu as well for 60£,
Really need attention here guys is that possible if I buy the software I can remap my car ?also is anyone out there bought this and works?I did look on google can\'t find anything bout that software or anyone said anything.
So would you buy it if you know how to remap?

Right I know it\'s wrong but I decided to buy the software and give it ago and try to remap my car or blow it please stop me before I do it ....
