P2096 - Post cat fuel trim system too lean bank 1

Anyone else had this code on their RX-8? CEL light came on not long after filling up. Mazda had a look cleared the code and said last time they had this it was due to the fuel cap not sealing. CEL light came on again last night, again after refueling - so possible this is the case just thought someone else may have had the same experience.

An RX-8 owner I know in the states is on his third petrol cap.

Looks like the guy just took out the cat sensor cleaned it and put it back in and all was well,

I think you may know that this code can be a multitude of things, MAF sensor would be next to clean on my list,
