You only change your coils when they die/go out of spec.

If you want to replace them with stock coils, Definitely buy them second hand on the forum. You\'ll get a set including the mount for around £40. Brand new you\'re looking at around £650 for all three.

Speedline imports usually have some, see this thread:

You an test your current set of coils by measuring their resistance, as shown in this diagram:

If all of your coils are dead and you\'re running over 350hp, you may wish to consider looking into AEM IGN-1A coils, they\'re great for high power rotaries. They also allow you to ditch the stock igniter & there is no need for a HKS twinpower to get a good ignition system.

Normally the leading coil fduks up, you can get one just over a hundred quid brand new from atkins rotary, they also sell the trailing coils, so for all three brand new probably just under £400 delivered

If you do want/need to replace your coil packs I have a set that I will be selling shortly. Bought off matt p a few months back (http://www.mazdarotaryclub.com/forums/showthread.php?t=76448), he\'d bought them new from Atkins and only used them briefly (50 miles or so). Feel free to PM me if you\'re interested.
