13B FC thermostat housing on 13B FD filler Assy??

Can anyone let me know if a 13B FC thermostat Elbow/Housing will bolt onto the 13B FD waterpump Assy in place of the filler neck bit that the FD has?
Just depends if the bolt pattern is the same I guess?

If so Anyone got an ally elbow spare.. I might be in the market!

FCs have a plastic Thermo housing as stock (which is naff and cracks).

I tried looking into doing the opposite of what you suggest

I gather most FC\'s have a plastic elbow but I believe maybe the non-turbo has an ally one?
When you say the bolt pattern is different is it possible there is enough room on the flange to put an extra hole or something to get it to fit. I have seen other such elbows claiming to be for FD and FC and it looks possibly like the flange has one extra hole?

Failing that I will have to make something from scratch!

I think you need an EGI one, I know Prof has a metal thermostat housing on his FC as he got it specially cast from the OEM FC turbo II part.
