Problem of Boost on BNR HELP !!!

I have a pressure problem on my BNR, the primary I did as 6.5 psi and 9 psi on the secondary.
I simplified the ratnest and landed a boost controller Knight Sports EBS III (which plugs directly into the PFC) but nothing happens even if I increase the pressure I still have the same values​​.

The car changes as:

- BNR stage 3
- HKS Downpipe
- Middle pipe
- Injectors 550cc and 1680cc
- V-Mount
- HKS RS intake

I thought KS EBSIII only work with stock ecu\'s and KS ecu\'s.
