what intercooler and turbo setup for 400bhp+

what intercooler and turbo setup would you recommend for a 400bhp+ road and track car,, with minimum lag.
vmount or front mount ? and what about the turbo ?

We warranty our rebuilt engines for Detonation, track day\'s and RWYB and NOW for 30 months which is two and half years or 30,000 miles
We also build all types of race or road engines.
We build race and track cars too.
Any kind of porting undertaken.
Single turbo conversions.

Fro extend port Garrett GT35r is good in combo with a V Mount intercooler and rad.
If running a bridgeport then GT40/94 is very good for track.
