Hints and tips belt install

Hey again guys,
 
Just wondering if anyone has any tips on the best way to fit a drive belt to the power steering pulley without the A/C pump.
 
Just things like will any of the pulleys move etc to make it easier.
 
Any tools that are good to help place it on etc

Just slacken the tensioner pulley nut and unscrew the bolt that goes down from above the pulley.
