fc commander help pretty pls

i from was just wondering if anyone who is running a power fc could possibly give me their readings from their commander screen before start up ? ( single turbo setup ) pim voltage, vta 1 / 2 etc.
 
Im going to look into map sensor as some of you peeps have kindly suggested it could be this sensor giving me bad running. I spent a few hrs trawling thru threads here and on rx7clum.com trying to gleam some info and a few i found had  mentioned a few times when they had bad running to check map sensor.
 
i have a query about two sensors but i will post pics up first and have a look on the car before going into that in case looking at it makes it clear.:rolleyes:

I have a second boost sensor on here but it\'s for my digi boost gauge , the sensor I t pieced in from pipe at top of uim where it bolts to lower manifold and the other part of the tube runs to my dump/ blow off valve. This seem ok to you ?
 All other orifices are capped off and there is just one pipe to std map sensor from uim at t.b side .

As a few have said on here the base map tends to be a bit rich at cold where or how do you trim the fuel back and by how many points on the commander ?
