After market Seats and Rails

Hi all.

So, being as my FC will be my drift car, one of the first things I want to sort is a new seat, especially as the OEM seats don\'t have the holes for a harness!

My question is: those of you that have fitted seats, what rails did you use, more specifically, how low can you keep base mounted bucket seats?

I\'m 6\' tall, and I only just scrape the roof of my Cab with a helmet on in a standard seat...

Any ideas, photo\'s or links would be amazing.

honestly mate its a pain to get rails for fc\'s side or base mounted ive got r-magic super low side mounts on mine but even then im 5ft11 with a helmet on ive just got enough room

either keep your eyes peeled on here or driftworks for second hand rails i had mine from driftworks but they do sell rails on rhd-japan or similar companies but they are pricey

I am over six feet tall so all i did was bolt my seat too the floor, it\'s always funny when the car goes for MOT as the testers cant reach the peddles

That will now fail your car unfortunately , which is why I haven\'t just done that...

As mines\' a Cab, it wont be a problem with the top down, but in the wet it could be an issue...

low mounting bucket seats in an fc are a paint in the arse

ive ended up making my own rails for driver and passenger to get my seat as low as possible, drivers side is annoying as i want it my position perfect

if you dont want your seat on the floor i also have a bride drivers side rail i would sell

Depends how low it sits the seat Timmy..? I\'m 6\' tall, with the OEM seats in my driving position, I can just about wear a helmet with the roof up...

If the one you have sits at standard or lower height, name a price!
