bumper lights

quick questions guys...

just finished driving the fd and i pull up in front of my VW runner round and see when i brake the lights on the front bumper lights will dim and when i come off the peddle its okay... is this bad earthing ? anyone got the same problem ?

check all your brake bulbs first, one may have a broken element that is hanging and touching the sidelight element causing backfeed to the other lights.
