Hi guys

Having removed my rear seats in my 92 FD I am left with some pretty stubborn soundproofing type gunk where the seat was.

Any tips for removing this as it doesn\'t seem to want to come off lol

Hammer and chisel. If you get it really cold it should chip off nice and easy. There is a spray you can use to make a cold. Or try getting some dry ice on there, makes it brittle

Ok cool, I\'ll see what I can do.

Cheers for your help buddy.

Dry Ice works wonderfully but can be hard to get hold of. It also subliments (turns back to a gas) by 50% every 24hrs so you have to use it straight away !

I used a heat gun and tar remover to get rid of the hard to reach stuff.

Took forever !
