Rx7 fd how does The fuel System work

Question for School
My teacher asked if the rx7 have an high pressure
Pump for the fuel system
Is there anywhere a specific explanation how it works
Which moronic does the Rex have

There is a high pressure pump in the fuel tank, the system is regulated to 38 psi by a pressure regulator which is mounted on a fuel rail.
It doesn\'t use bosch Motronic, it uses a Denso system with Siemans injectors, though I think most of the Denso stuff was under a Bosch license.

it is high pressure but only around 3 bar which nowadays is relatively low in comparisoon to a 1600 bar diesel pump
