air pump removal - after remove?

so
i removed my airpump now I have there to open holes!
one on my airinx where i fixed a small filter and one where the whose from the airpump goes in the engine!

can i let this hole open or should i put there a rubber plug?
if yes where can i get such a rubber plug
i searched the net but couldn\'t find any
