oil pressure doing odd things!!

Right, I only noticed this the other day..... oil pressure has dropped a little, she has had a recent oil change (so could be the oil used as mineral isn\'t available anymore )
But anyway.... when I\'m driving along the oil pressure on my Apexi gauge is sat at 2.5 bar, but when I lift off the throttle it raises to 3 bar!!

Any ideas? I know the oil pressure sensor was in an accident and was damaged, so not sure how accurate it is now..... but anyway even if it is reading incorrect, it would still show any fluctuations in pressure!!

Is this the OEM gauge or an aftermarket one?

check your sump has not been damaged mine ran 30 ps1 rising to 55ps1 and then dropped the more throttle i used
new sump and now run 40 to 110 psi

usually this one is low level ,,,, accel surges oil away from the pickup and when you back off it returns and oil pressure restores

oil is on the mark, no leaks and this is on cruise with no acceleration!
