anyone know anybody with a rotary compression tester in SW (somerset area)?
Just want to get a test done as when warm it takes a little longer to start.

Water temps are fine (constant 82 deg C), oil press is fine (on stock gauge) and not burning lots.

cheers

What ECU are you running? When you say longer - how much longer? Just wondering as a comparison to mine. Mine starts better from hot than cold though as my cold crank map is quite rich.

There are performance cars and then there is the RX-7...........

12.3 second 1/4 mile, terminal speed of 122mph (1st ever drag run on a TO4R)

engine built by....... umm me! now powered by a T51 Kai......

AP engineering pfc
on cold it runs after 2nd or 3rd crank.
when warm it usually runs after 5th or 6th crank but seems to struggle a bit.
