General Help

Hey Guys,
 
Im new to the site and am just about to take delivery of an RX7 Efini jap import.
 
Its been stood for 20 months and seems to be loosing water.....This would probs suggest a rebuild needs doing.
 
Is there anything else i need to look out for as its been stood so long?
 
Any information would be a great help.
