Noob oil query

Hi chaps

I\'m looking for oil for my FD3S and was wondering if anyone has had any experience with Opie Oils. The only oil i can find on their website is "Millers Oils CRO 10w-40 Competition Running In Oil".

My question is is it not suitable to use because its "running in oil" or does that not really matter?

He is a member on here and user to be a full advertiser. Send them an email and they will be happy to help.

Most people just use basic oil such as Comma 40-15 Super Mineral or Halfords Mineral (orange tub). It used to be Castrol Mineral was the preference but they have stopped producing it and gone with semi synthetic.
