dashboard lamp replacement

Hi All,

1 or 2 of the lamps behind the my rev counter/speedo (FD) have blown, does anyone know the procedure for replacing them? Also, does anyone know where I can source the lamps?

I may as well replace the lot, centre console included, and may replace them for a different colour, is this possible? I was thinking VW blue or similar?
