whats the difference and where can i get these?

Firstly, I have recently got some shine (feed style) canards which is what these are supposed to be but mine do not look the same, as the bottom canard comes further around the front of the bumper on mine and the lips on my canards are bigger also... have these just been been trimmed at all? can anyone tell from the picture?
 
Secondly, can anyone tell me what it is that is mounted under the sides of the bumber? are they add ons or a trimmed undertray? and where can i get some lol... love the way it it looks like 3 canards!
