Dry ice is not readily available in the uk although i\'m sure if anyone wanted it there maybe is some places that sell it??

I removed a load from the floor pan before welding last winter and it was cold enough to make it chip off in big pieces and pretty easy to do.

Minus 10 degrees here in places so don\'t think many will be heading out to find dry ice :rollin

think nightclub smoke machines ;)

if you happen to know somebody in the NHS - specifically the blood transfusion services like me dad, you can get it no problem ;)

I accidentally peeled off a crapload of my deadening yesterday just by pulling a stud from the boot floor - it\'s so cold here in the UK at the mo it basically falls off!

correct, I admittedly meant older style stage ones that IIRC did use dry ice!!

Also, local school/uni chemistry departments can sort you out if you have \'a contact\' :P

If people need dry ice....not really that necessary at the moment, I can get hold of it!  You need to use it pretty darn quick though.....but you can strip a shell in about 4 hours!

Its about £100 for a bag, but will only last about 6-8 hours.  It is very easy though...sit the dry ice on a patch and leave for 10-15 minutes, move to the next patch and then work on the previous one.

How many kilo is that for.?
I get mine from http://www.cleansurface.co.uk/dry-ice-supplies/ and bags of 3mm pellets are.. 10KG - £37.01 Inc VAT Delivered or 20KG - £48.18 Inc VAT Delivered. (I use it for overclocking pc\'s).

Cheers for that....excellent price!  Although ours were for 25kg bags....still is a lot cheaper!
