S2 Elford wheel bolts

Hi Guys.
 
The wheelbolts on Miss January are a bit manky - the chrome is peeling off and so on..
 
Any suggestions? Anybody know where I could get some more? Or how to get them re chromed?
 
(Are Elfords bolts different from standard S2 FB alloy wheel bolts?)
