FD Front wheel arch liner removal

ok im trying to get my bumper off and i need to remove the liner from the front wheels so i can access the bolts,
 
Anyone know how to get them off or at least move them so i can undo the bolts

It\'s jsut a load of plastic poppers and screw poppers dude. Nothing complex. Take the wheel off, and it\'s pretty self explanitory. Oh, and there\'s a few screws around the lip of the arch.

Its a while since i took my bumper off, but pretty sure i didnt take the wheel arch liners out.  from memory, you can get to the bolts by removing the headight covers?
