Ok, so i finished replacing the inlet manifold gasket, and sure enough something else has now happened...

The car was running on tick over, and as it revved up a couple of times, it just appeared to loose power (almost like its been flooded) So i tried turning it over again, only to be given a feel fast turn over and no sound of any compression. At 1st i thought it could of been exhuast that was blocked so removed the cat back. so after speaking to pip @ WGT, he told me it would run without this, but still it sounded like no compression. I carried out a compression check, and sadly it didnt appear to register much, (the rear odd time it would jump to a decent compression)
Iv read about possible stuck seals, and different things. But i was just wondering if theres any help or Advice any 1 could offer on this problem. Or is it a case of a seal rebuild? or would a re-con engine be better option?
If rebuild, it is something id consider tackling myself, although not totally familiar with the engine, i am fairly compitent on workin with them. (also seen a video out from RX owners Club i think) ?

Any help would be Great :)
