Ian65

are the rear pads on s2\'s and s3\'s the same?

David Nock (RIP)

No, positively not. Different in shape and size. Well maybe different....late at night Ian, missus has gone out and I\'ve hit the leffe blonde with a curry.....

I can probably do photos if needed....why do I keep worn out S2 pads? God help me for being a junk bandit.

(I might just eat \'umble pie though if I find I\'ve chucked \'em).

The calipers are definately different.

As David said they are different, found this out when I purchased fitting kit from Mazdatrix. Pictures show kit for S2 and pad from S3. If anyone is interested in the kit let me know.

I picked them up tonight Ian - waited till he dropped asking price - thanks for that, I\'ve always liked Mintex so they\'ll make a good spare set.

Well done Cliff, they were an absolute bargain.

On the photos above, is the large top pad with Lockheed on it a S3 front pad?

Hi Ian the pictures are of a rear fixing kit for a S2 and the pad is a rear pad from a S3. I took the photos originally so I could email them to Mazdatrix to clarify which brakes were on my car.
