Tyre pressure

this has probably been asked a few times before, or it;s a stupid question but.....

Does anyone know the correct tyre pressure for an FD running on 225/50 x J16\'s all round
I have Star Millenium tyres on the front (came with car and seem okay but not a familiar name to me), and Avon ZZ3\'s on the back.

Just noticed the front drivers side was a little soft this afternoon, so it\'s probably time to check them all.
