cooling problem, help please

Im having a problem after fitting a new primary injector, i had some of the water pipes off to fit the above so have now got it running and works perfect but i keep getting pressure in the cooling system, the temp needle is still at half way but everytime i use the car the system will pressurise and the expansion bottle will overflow, i have had enough now any ideas or im just going to sell it as a project. I dont want to but have done all i can to bleed it via the big allen key screw on the water fill up bottle. by the way the cars an fd3 lol

resolved, i had the rad cap and the ast the wrong way like a wally
