What\'s the trick to removing the rear seat?

Now I\'m trying to pull out the rear seat but am not exactly sure how to  do it.  Am I right in thinking you have to push the bottom of the seat  towards the rear of the car to get off the 2 hooks that are on the  front, and then once the bottom lifts up the rest can be unbolted and  pulled out?

they are held in by bolts on the front at either ends iirc.
then 2 bolts hold the back rest in.

dont forget the hooks on the front of the bottom cushions, iirc, you need to push down and pull out... only found that out when I was putting the backrest back in to sell it!!!
