electric problem help seat belt windows

help when you get in the car put the ignition the seat belt warning light comes on and when you put both seat belts in it still flashes the windows work and stop with the flashing light anyhelp would be great also has any one got a diagram of what fuses do what in the fues box at the drivers side foot well cheers

sounds like a dud f100 relay in the drivers side dash
