***TRACKDAY BARGAIN, £99 Brands Hatch, Wed, 20 Feb***

A fantastic day, my first track experience in a car{I used to cycle race there in the 80s} And having started karting last year the bug has bitten big time, just need to find the next one for 99 quid!!

It was great to meet you Jon, and to see your yellow FB. Amazing to see two FB\'s on a trackday - you and Dave seemed to having a lot of fun out there on the circuit. They handled and drove incredibly well for 30 year old cars!!
 
I hope you can make it to another trackday soon when we can have a longer chat about your car.

Had a quiet day work-wise, so slapped together a quick edit of all my track sessions, then edited it to show only clips of other rotaries on track (after the first few minutes - edit failure on my part  :oops: ). Also shows how the conditions changed from wet to dry  

Not terribly good quality as it\'s using my old Novus 640pixel camera.

Captured SteveG\'s little "wobble" on entry to Clearways in there too!

Extremely jealous. Noticed some wet on the track in the morning...so happier I wasn\'t there...my FD and wet do not mix !!

That was all caused by Fuel Cut Malcolm, i ended up a little sideways on clearways then the next corner had me almost broadside haha
Teach me to not occasionally look at my fuel gauge :rolleyes:
I did wonder why my last few lap times started to suffer, thaught i was loosing my bottle :rollin

Thx Chris - yep, sadly even two RX-8\'s ran into trouble at Brands this year
