Transmission Fluid - How Much Do I Need???

How much oil do I need to purchase as I\'m looking to change it? Not sure how much to buy. I\'m thinking of getting redline mt90 as I\'ve heard it\'s one of the best and solves the second gear clunkiness. Any info would be useful.
