Hi Guys/Girls

Its almost time to give my RX7 FD  its 1ST Service since buying it.
What just wondering what are the best SPARK PLUGS/OIL FILTER/COOLANT to go for?

Would OEM be ok? If not, please list what you think is best…
Also literally everything in the car has been changed so there is not going to be any need for a detailed SERVICE.

I was thinking:-

Oil Change and Oil Filter Change
Flush and top up coolant
Change Spark Plugs
Check all reservoirs for topping up even though I do that daily.
Check the usual stuff like tracking/tyre pressure etc….

Anything else I have missed?

Appreciate it :Thumbs-up

Bobbit

Have a look at mazdarotaryparts, they do a full service pack that covers everything bud: clicky
I\'ve used them loads of times and service is spot on
:Laugh LOL

Coolant only really needs done every 1-2years, but doesn\'t hurt to do it as well.

As said, give Clive a ring at MRP, he\'ll sort you out for most bits.

If you don\'t wanna do the full pack, you can get all the bits (apart from spark plugs unless you wanna pay £40 a pop) from Halfords. Bear in mind that you\'ll need a 14mm sump plug washer as well. :D

My local Tesco garage randomly does offers on 4L of Castrol GTX for £10.99, so try and you might find it cheaper there. You\'ll need around 5L to do complete oil change.
Work hard, play hard house :D

Might just give the coolant a miss as it has already been changed, but will keep checking it regularly.

Will give CLIVE a ring on the weekend as i get paid on Saturday :evillaugh

Might just get the bits i need, rather then the whole package thing, maybe get the whole package thing next time around.

Will get the 14mm sump plug washer from my garage as i have a few :mmmm

Regarding oil, got stacks of it in my garage :King

Cheers guys... :cool

Speedline Imports

Take a look at what plugs your running before ordering any.  I dont know the spec of your car but if modified you may be running colder plugs than standard.

Im not too sure what my RX7 is currently running, but is pretty modded and is making 350 HP Plus. Will try and ring the previous owner and ask, as i dont have much knowledge regarding it.
