Leeking rear window

My fd rear window leeks like sieve
when i open the tailgate it pours out from all the trim :mad:
 
do you know how remove the window. the sill looks good but i might have to change it

I am not sure if the FD is the same, but the FC has drain holes that can get blocked meaning that the water backs up.

Can you see where it is actually leaking from?

had this on mine it turned out to be the boot spoiler resealed it and seems fine.

no can`t see where it`s coming from iv taken off the trims but its still hard to see for sure it has a mazdaspeed spoiler fitted but the old holes have sealent in from what i can see
there could be a chance its tracking down
