hi all i was wanted your thoughts on this rex below I\'ve asked all the basic questions but the guy seems vague has this car ever been a members car.

Please can you list the full spec of this car ie, what mods have been done and by who
 
what is the mileage and when was the rebuild since this.
 
Also when was the car last serviced with oil changed.?
 
why are you selling and how long have you owned the car.
 
Last of all do you have a compression test

HAVN\'T GOT FULL LIST BUT LOTS OF BILLS AND DOCUMENTS.JUST ANSWERED QUESTIONS ABOUT ENGINE AND TURBO TYPE.OIL AND FILTER AND CORRECT PLUGS CHANGED THREE WEEKS AGO. HAD THE CAR FOR 6 WEEKS ONLY BROUGHT AS A FILL IN JOB FOR WORKSHOP ONLY SELLING BECAUSE CAN\'T FIT CAR SEATS IN AND I\'M BIT TO OLD FOR MODIFIED CARS PLEASE FEEL FREE TO COME AND LOOK AT IT AND HISTORY FOLDER BASED IN WEST MIDLANDS.

Hi Mate,

I would ask to see the paperwork for the claimed power ouput. It should have the date as to when the test was carried out. From that you maybe able to judge the life left in the engine if the serice has been kept up from that date. Also establish what type and size turbo is fitted and what boost its running...the latter may be harder to establish.

Apart from that, go and have a look, test drive it but go with your head not your heart. Been there - also with a red single turbo and the engine turned out to be 0 compression on the rear rotor!

well it looks nice.  recorded mileage is 117000 ish and rebuild at 135000km ish which is 84000miles ish so its been going for 33000 miles or so.  best bet is to go and see the chap, check the oil see if its clean. check the paperwork to see if is what he says it is
