please help me work out how much she is worth

hi there,

sorry for not introducing myself guys  but wondered if you can help me.

 I have a 93 type R which started to leak oil and run rough 8 months ago and now will not start (suspect oil seal failure)

I have left her in my garage til i got round to fixing it, But sadly i don\'t seem to have the time for the car as family and work seem to be taking over my life.

I just wondered if you guys could help me figure out if she is worth anything.

the car is red but the lacquer started to peel on front wing and the car is in need of a respay, when i got the car 3 years ago she had silver stripes which i removed, BUT the stripes took off the lacquer so she has dark red stripes on the bonnet
(red prob tho she is now pink lol) as seen in the pic below and has a blown polish ported engine  which was rebuilt 14k ago ,new twin turbo pack (which are still fine),  rsr coilovers, nice wheels.

I know rx7\'s go for very little in this state, But im thinkin about cutting my loses as spent over 6k last year and still not finished her.

Guys if you could kinda reply with what you think she is worth i would be really greatful.

You`ll get more money if you break her, but that will take ages to get rid of all the parts. If you sold the car now £2000- 2500ish, like i said, you`ll get more if you break her down and sell the parts individully.

A good friend of mine had his red one for sale in better condition but without the porting/coilovers/wheels with a blown waterseal for over 6 months ended up getting £1500 for it.

or does anyone know where i can get a cheap recon block so i can sell as a hole car.

apart from the fact that im intrested in buying the car striping any car can make more money some time but trust me there is a lot of time wasters and you could sell the engine fast for say 400 as the engine is not at its best? then the rest will sit around for a long long time till some one wants to buy whats left of the striped car
