got bored decided to do a few jobs!

anyway that was my first problem, but my biggest is this!!!



i need a new one i guess??? im running non sequential i thought about superglueing it back on but guess that wont really work plus the nipple is cracked all the way up

dont suppose its possible to work around it i.e remove it??
