I am having trouble finding a replacement radiator for a 1991 RX-7.

Does anyone know of a good supplier who won\'t charge a fortune?

Thanks!

Brett

You might have some luck at a motor factors - service exchange :)

You may also be able to get a good second hand one from one of the specialists...

I\'d be tempted to see if you can spent a bit more and get something uprated. Not one of these eBay specials, but something like a Koyo copper of full ally. As cooling is so important on a rotary, it\'s a worthwhile investement :)

Not to trample on anybody\'s helpful offer of a second hand item, if you want to buy new, and you have not already, try: //www.carpartsdirect.co.uk
They have a classic and kit car section that can spring a pleasant surprise where bits for 80\'s and 90\'s cars are concerned. They do keep parts for other old Mazdas but i don\'t know if they will have parts for and FC - though they were official imports like every other type so who knows. Their prices are very reasonable as a rule and delivery is quick too.

If only the core is damaged you could look for a local radiator specialist like Serck Marston (used to be a national chain but I don\'t know if they are still going) in your Yellow Pages. They could replace the core and reuse the old end tanks, although if these are plastic that may not be possible.

I looked - they list 2 types £141(85-89) or (post 89) £288. Is that expensive? The dimensions are identical so I assume the tanks aren\'t.

That is quite expensive but I think that we have a few good options now.

Thanks for all your help!!!
