did you manage to get your fee back from the other garage mate? seeing as he failed you twice for things that wouldn\'t fail normally?

Hi mate,

to be honest i have not even tried, The MOT tester today even told me i should report the other tester. But seen as the lights failed the first time then he could just say that it would have failed anyway even without the emissions.. So dont think there is much chance of getting the fee back.
