Just as quick solution to my little flooding problem..i was going to wire switch into the fuel pump... so i can turn it off..:yes

just as quick look there is four wires going into the fuel pump anyone know the colour of the wire which is the "live" so i can put switch in?

two of the wires are slighly thicker - these are for the pump.  The other two are for the fuel level sensor.

Can\'t recall the colours off the top of my head, but they all looked black with coloured stripe to indicate which was which.

it works wonders - i had the same on the egi

when you come to stop the car - park up - flick switch and when the rev flutter turn it off

i never let mine stop byitself ( dont like the idea of tooo much fuel starvation )

It shouldn\'t matter if it\'s the power or earth as it will have the same effect.
