Dashboard goes out when engine starts (FD).

file:///C:%5CDOCUME%7E1%5CADMINI%7E1.002%5CLOCALS%7E1%5CTemp%5Cmsohtml1%5C01%5Cclip_filelist.xml">  Just fitted a new engine to my FD after water seal failure and whenever I start the engine the dash dies, all clocks lights out and miles /trip are blank. Switch of and turn ignition back on and they are all back!
 
  Has anyone had this problem or know a solution?
