HEAT light sequence identification

Hello,

I\'ve just started my FD after not being used for a long period.  It started on the second attempt and idled fine.  I drove it in first and second gear and after 30 seconds experienced the heat light flashing.  I have an APEXi ECU.   The sequence is 1 second on, 3 seconds off.   The PFC indicates no knock and injector was around 4.7% on idle.  The heat light flashes at both idle and while driving.

Can anyone clearly identify from the sequence what it is warning about as I\'ve  been unable to determine from a search on here.

Hi if you go to the sensor screen on the PFC after the heat light has been on you may get a sensor highlighted.

My heat light used to come on and it was my OMP, form memory the faulty sensor or out of voltage item should be highlighted in black.

It does thank you.  I thought it was a faulty sensor as it was intermittent but I\'ve just checked again on the sensor screen and there is voltage on the VMOP sensor 1.03v which I guess indicates its working correctly?  It highlighted black while driving slowly around 2k revs in second gear.  Also I noticed that the CLT and STP buttons turned black once then went off.  Not sure what these are indicating?

I have some further questions for anyone who can help with this?

1) Where is this metering oil pump located?  I\'d like to manually check if it is working.  
2) Once located can I replace it myself or is it a tricky job?
3) If it\'s a tricky job, would it be ok to drive in it\'s current state to get it fixed?  Additionally, would it benefit from draining the old petrol and adding fresh Vpower and some oil to the tank before driving to get it fixed?  Could the old Vpower be a factor here?
