spoke to them a few days ago about an induction kit i saw on ebay, seems they developed it a few years ago and then stopped producing it, theres some for sale online, i was wondering if anyone had ever tried it and whether it was decent or not.

It has 2 holes for the turbos and one additional one for something else, which one would that connect to as theres alot on the airbox?

thanks very much for your help

If someone could let me know today it would be great as i need to order something today

what would you do with all the rest of the hoses, can all of them vent to atmosphere?

Bobbit

Yep, the crv and other one (cant remember the name but looks the same as the crv) can both vent to air and will act as BOV\'s.

well looking at the back and side of the airbox theres 5 pipes(not including the big ones) your saying 4 of those are ok to be left to atmosphere, i could understand if 2 of them were factory BOVs, ie one for each turbo, but what about the other 2

This looks to be the same set-up as the Re Amemiya filter guv.

Unfortunately I dont have experince of fitting this filter, but several members on here do have them.  You could always ask or search about that?

Erm... i\'m confused as mine has twin K&N air filters, a bov fitted, the crv and air pump are the remaining connectors. Both have been left to vent (the crv) and the air pump just sucks air into the exhaust (well it would if i still have a cat). Unless somethings been removed and i\'ve forgotten what.

theres 4 connectors at the back of the airbox and one on the side if that helps

Nik da Greek

The one on the side is just a vent pipe that dangles under the airbox as part of the airpump anti-mooing system, you don\'t need it at all really

turbotoaster

ok, that cuts one off, it looked like it wasnt connected to anything when i took the airbox out but wasnt sure incase it had just popped off something

so we are just left with 4 on the back, 2 for BOV by the sound of it, one for the airpump(im guessing that HAS to be connected up) and the CRV......whats a CRV anyway?

turbotoaster

well i decided to order it tonight, we will see what it looks like, ill take loads of pics and show it being installed if everyone likes, can anyone just confirm its ok to let the crv, 2 bovs vent and you have to connect up the one to the airpump, what happens if its nto connected?

turbotoaster

turns out this doesnt exist anymore so there goes that idea, ordered a secondhand hks kit off hayward rotary, does anyone know what the kit looks like as i havent seen one before
