Super 7 have recently serviced my FD3 (330 bhp).  They\'ve told me to use 10-40 mineral oil.  Where is the best place to buy it from online + which is the right oil to go for?

i\'ve read the long thread on using synthetics on tuned cars, but feel I would be more comfortable using what super7 have recommended.:mmmm

as blitz said, castrol GTX - i actually get mine from asda\'s - they sell the 2 litre size for quite cheap, although i can\'t remember how much as haven\'t bought any for while - the one near me had it discounted a while back so i bought a load (yes - i\'m pure pikey through and through)

GTX mineral 15-40 or even 20-40 should be fine. Cheap in Tesco. Also Duckhams is good.

Thanks for the replies - I\'m going to enjoy the cost of mineral oil compared to the Motul 300v that goes into the piston engined car!:burnout
