rex fan didn`t run at m.o.t?

I dont know if i should worry too much but my rx7 was moted today by a friend of mine ready for brooklands and the fan didnt run at all,it didnt over heat but got warm im sure my last one cut in pretty soon,does anybody know how warm they usually cut in

Im not sure on the temps as I think they can be changed using the datalogit on PFC, however I was told if you have car running and turn A/C on then both fans should come on.

 anybody care to back me up on this one !!

The 2nd fan is for the air con, not sure how to turn it on, but I mean if it wasn\'t racing around the fan might not come on, although saying that my FC has a HUGE viscous fan, so its always cool lol

Well i guessed the 2nd fan was a/c as it seems to be on most car unless theres a 2 speed fan,and i know the guage sensor and ecu temp sensor are different,
They do love to get hot dont they,so just wondered if maybe my temp sensor may be playing up or maybe sticking fan relay as it was real hot,
