looking to buy an rx7

hey guys im new to the forum as i am looking to buy an FD but i am very new to rotary and turbo engines, i currently drive a custom 56 plate fiesta with a 2.0L and loads of other performance mods but looking to buy my dream car, so as im very new to the rx7 is there any things i need to look for when buying, like commont faults or common problems? also ive heard loads of different things about times between rebuilds and stuff.

can anybody fill me in on some basic information or point me in the right direction?
