Apparently the Cusco Diff unit is the favoured one to go for.
All the best Clive

Cusco is good, but it is a very noisy diff.

One of the most important things is running it it, which is very specific but essentially involves doing very slow figure of 8\'s in a car park for about 30 mins.  Be prepared for this!

Also remember a 2 way can be a bit difficult on the road, as every time you lift off the throttle is like pulling the handbrake :D
