Fuel Flap & Cap

Someone recently broke open the fuel flap, stole the fuel cap, and attempted to steal fuel from my 1995 rex.  

I have 2 questions:

1.  Where can i buy a decent fuel cap?  Are there any "pimped up" caps around (e.g not the standard black one)?  Something metal would be nice.  

2.  I need a replacement fuel flap (white).  Are these easy to fit?  I can only seem to find black plastic ones on the net, but that means i\'ll have to find someone who can spray it!

Is this for an FD?

The bit that screws in you can use off an FC, FD, MX-3 and I would imagins some other Mazda\'s from the same era.

As for the flap, im not sure if there are any \'improved ones\' but just stick a wanted add up here asking if anyone has one in your colour
