engine going now the next problem

new engine in my m8s car and started it today and let the smoke clear and then tried to put it in gear but there is little clutch and when you put it in gear engine revs drop really low :reallymad
i have bleed the clutch, dont to seem to get a good hard clutch, is there a trick to bleeding these clutches

not really.. just use the use the usual bleeding technique.
 
you may have a leaky seal in the slave cylinder.

You need to pump the pedel really slowly, you will probably have to use your hand to pump it, press down, then tighten the spike, then slowly pull up, untighten the spike then slowly push down etc

do they take a lot off bleeding as we have a bit off a clutch but just cant get it to do last bit and have checked no leaks
