Idle set-up

Since I changed my engine I have noticed that when cold the car ticks over roughly and \'cylinders\' drop in and out a bit until it\'s slightly warm. I would say it\'s ticking over a bit slowly too when cold. Is there some adjustment for the idle mixture or speed that I can change to sort this out? When it\'s warm it ticks over smooth as anything.
To be fair it hasn\'t been anywhere other than the driveway for 6months so it may just need a good blast, but thought I would pre-empt it!

Is the engine standard? Import? Airpump still on? Standard ECU or Apexi?

Hi There,
Other than an induction kit it is all standard and present. Oh and an aftermarket rear exhaust section from the CAT Back. Something may not be working correctly of course? But it is only effected when cold. Possibly the ECU has been chipped in Japan?
